Great location with beautiful surroundings! The hotel is near the train station and overlooks a scenic lake with an impressive mountain view. The hotel is well-appointed, and the friendly front-office staff are helpful. The buffet breakfast is decent and varied. The hotel also offers transport card and other facilities for free.

The hotel is family run and this showed as it had a great homely atmosphere, a real nice change from the usual international business chains. Nothing was too much for the staff, always helpful and ready to assist. The hotel also has a great Chinese restuarant.....not too many choices of dishes but what there was was very authentic and delicious. I would definately stay again at the Post Hotel.

I would like to see kettles to be availiable for the rooms as this makes it much easier when travelling with small children.

The location is wonderful, staff is friendly and it is just next to the railway station.

The views of the mountains and lake from our room were stunning, definitely the highlight of the trip. The buffet breakfast was good and had a decent variety. We also appreciated the free transport pass that came with our stay, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel fell short in some areas. The room was quite dated and in need of some maintenance.

Posthotel Arosa is next to the station so very practical when travelling by train. It is also a few steps away from the Weisshornbahn. I had a single room which was small but comfortable & cosy with a "full-size bed" which is very important when travelling alone. Bed linen, bathroom towels etc. all spotless. Breakfast buffet adequate. My room faced the lake. There are no rooms with balconys at this hotel

I had a fantastic stay here! The location of this place is absolutely perfect, right in front of the beautiful lake Obersee and just 100 meters from the Railway Station. Being right smack in the town centre, I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities. The staff on the late shift when I arrived were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my room was set up with an extra bed for my son. The room itself, although a bit dated, was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a tea making facility which is a rare find in European hotels. The cherry on top was the free use of the local cable car and paddle boats, which made exploring the area a breeze!

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Staff was very curteous & efficient. Location of the hotel is amazing. Train station, Bus stop & lake are within 1 minute walk. Nice buffet breakfast. Strongly recommended.

Very unassuming from the outside, but inside, the very friendly and relaxed staff, comfortable room, excellent spa facilities and choice of five restaurants lets you forget all about that! Well located lakeside for the summer and 2 minutes walk from the ski lifts in the winter. If we are back in Arosa we will be booking into the Posthotel.
